This case study intends to explain how Portugal Sotheby's International Realty New Developments team was able to successfully design and market a real estate development in Lisbon, called 141 Gomes by real estate developer Legera Group.

The 141 Gomes, located on Rua de Gomes Freire, next to Campo Mártires da Pátria, in Lisbon, is completely sold out. The apartments in Legera's latest development were all reserved in just 48 hours.

The project consists of 15 high-end apartments, situated in an 18th century building that will be meticulously restored. In just 24 hours, 12 of the 15 units were sold, and the remaining three were reserved in the following 24 hours.

With demand still high, quick sales are taking place, as was the case with the 141 Gomes building, sold in 48 hours, with a two-bedroom apartment going for 750 thousand euros.

The project by real estate developer Legera consists of 15 apartments and 90% of the buyers are Portuguese.
