
Founder & CEO
Tim Ternmyr is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Legera. He leads the Group’s investment strategy, acquisitions and development activities, with overall responsibility for portfolio growth, capital allocation and execution. His approach combines disciplined investment selection with a strong focus on design, quality and long-term value creation.
Tim holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from ISEG – Lisbon School of Economics & Management, University of Lisbon.

Executive Coordinator to the Board
Catarina Araújo supports the Board and the Group’s directors across development, planning and strategic initiatives. Her role encompasses the coordination of key projects, cross-functional execution and executive support, helping ensure alignment, continuity and effective implementation across the Group’s investment and development activities.
Catarina holds an Integrated Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering and an Executive MBA from Porto Business School, University of Porto.

Project Director
Ricardo Garrido oversees the construction delivery of the Group’s developments, with responsibility for execution, programme, cost and quality across the portfolio. He leads the coordination of contractors, consultants and project teams, ensuring that each development is delivered in accordance with Legera’s technical, design and quality standards.
Ricardo holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, University of Lisbon.

Creative Director
David Lobo leads the creative direction of the Group’s developments, with responsibility for brand identity, marketing, visual communication and project presentation. He ensures that each development is expressed with clarity, distinction and consistency across every commercial and communication touchpoint.
David holds an Integrated Master’s Degree in Architecture from the Faculty of Architecture, Lusíada University of Lisbon, and has also studied at the Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Lisbon.

Executive Assistante & Office Manager
Emilia Canaro provides direct support to the Group’s executive leadership and plays a central role in coordinating its day-to-day operations. Her responsibilities encompass executive administration, scheduling, internal coordination and office management, helping ensure that the organisation operates with efficiency, discretion and precision.
Emilia holds a Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management, specialising in Human Resources, from Sant Ignasi School of Tourism and Hospitality Management, Ramon Llull University, Barcelona.
